Join Our Camp Fire Team Before School at Edwardsburg Intermediate
Position Details:
- Schedule: School days, 6:50 AM – 8:15 AM
- Hours: About 6 hours/week, with opportunities for additional hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Experience working with children
- Willingness to obtain CPR & First Aid certification (we cover the training)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings
- Ability to manage groups and maintain a safe environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage students in a safe, positive environment before school begins
- Welcome students and take accurate attendance
- Lead age-appropriate activities such as games, craft, or quiet study time
- Follow all safety, behavior, and emergency procedures
- Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and team members
- Model positive behavior and help mange conflicts calmly
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 9 per week
