Role Description
We are seeking an Art Director to join our dynamic team for Summer 2026. The Art Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing our comprehensive Fine Arts Program, which includes Ceramics, Crafts, Painting & Drawing, Photography, Fabric Design, and Jewerly. You'll work alongside our experienced Assistant Art Director to:
- Lead and mentor a team of talented art instructors
- Manage the daily operations of our various art studios
- Develop and implement engaging art curriculum and activities
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate art into the camp experience
- Foster a creative and inspiring environment for campers and staff
Qualifications
- Experience in teaching art classes in a school, after school, or recreational setting
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with varying responsibilities and tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively with other program directors and staff members to create a fun and engaging experience for everyone in our camp community.
