Duties
- Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on recreational vehicles, including electrical systems, plumbing, propane, generators, appliances, slide out systems, leveling jacks, HVAC units, tire services and more.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly, equipment repair, welding, soldering, and other mechanical tasks.
- Assist with heavy lifting and mechanical assembly to facilitate repairs or upgrades on RVs.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience or service technician background with an understanding of repair processes.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform diagnostics accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities to explain technical issues clearly.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
