We are a locally owned RV dealership seeking a Social Media Coordinator who is motivated by results. This role combines creative content creation with sales-focused marketing, rewarding performance through qualified leads, bookings, and dealership traffic generated from social media.

Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for our RV dealership
- Create and publish content showcasing RV inventory, walk-through videos, promotions, and customer deliveries
- Develop campaigns designed to generate qualified leads, appointment bookings, and showroom visits
- Write compelling captions and calls-to-action that convert interest into inquiries
- Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and social inquiries and route leads to the sales team
- Coordinate with sales staff to promote priority units and monthly specials
- Track results and adjust content to maximize lead quality and conversion
- Maintain consistent local branding and dealership messaging
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated from social media
- Appointment and bookings
- Dealership foot traffic attributed to social content
- Website and inventory page traffic
- Engagement rate and local follower growth
- Response time to social messages and inquiries
Qualifications
- Experience managing social media for a sales-driven business (RV, Automotive, Retail, Boat, Motorsports or Real Estate preferred)
- Strong copywriting skills with a conversion-focused mindset
- Comfortable creating short-form video and promotional content
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Basic understanding of analytics and lead tracking
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Interest in RVs, camping, travel, or outdoor lifestyle preferred
Compensation Structure
- Base Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
- Commission: Earn additional pay based on performance, including:
- Qualified social media leads
- Appointment bookings from social channels
- Confirmed showroom visits tied to social campaigns
- (Optional) Sold units originating from social media leads
