Pay Rate: $17.90 plus tips

Summary of Position
Be the go-to person to align the front of house and back of house to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all food orders in the kitchen to ensure they are prepared in an accurate and timely manner- this includes managing tickets, any corrections or updates, and supporting all kitchen staff
- Thorough and accurate knowledge of menu items and specials and orchestrate the efficient delivery of meals to all tables checking for accuracy, presentation and temperature
- Assist with the final preparation and garnishing of dishes as required
- Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
- Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dishwashing
- Support front of house with bussing and running tables
Position Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Must be a team player capable of working with others in a positive manner
- Possess or obtain ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company policy
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and handle tasks involving bending, twisting and squatting
- Be well organized and have the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at one time
- Dexterity in using kitchen equipment or utensils and carrying heavy trays
- Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people
Knowledge and Experience
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Two (2) years working in a fast-face, high-volume full-service restaurant
