What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Teacher position at Camp Promiseland?
Camp Promiseland is a ministry of Parkview Baptist Church that will run from June 1 through July 23. We are looking to fill teaching positions for daily care for students ranging from 6 weeks through 12 years old. Positions available are part-time, Monday through Thursday from 8:30-1:30. This position involves the daily care of children, and planning and implementing activities related to our weekly themes. Also, it involves having fun!
The successful candidate will have a sense of humor, a professional attitude, and a desire to work with children. Applicants are expected to have their high school diploma or GED. College coursework in a related field or direct experience is preferred.
