Maintenance Worker – Join Our Camp Crew!
Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands with a variety of different projects? Do you like working outside? Does the idea of different work throughout the year sound good? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our camp team. As a summer camp with a wide variety of buildings, grounds, and equipment, there is always something different to work on.
One day you may be helping with landscaping or painting, and the next you could be working on basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical work. If you enjoy variety and the satisfaction of seeing a job completed, you'll find plenty to enjoy here.
Responsibilities may include:
- Landscaping and general grounds maintenance
- Painting and facility upkeep
- Basic carpentry and repairs
- Basic plumbing and electrical work
- Working with and maintaining various motors and equipment
- General maintenance and repair projects around camp
- Assisting with other projects as needs change
Previous experience in any of these areas is a plus, but extensive experience is not required. We are willing to work with someone who has a good attitude, is dependable, is willing to learn, and enjoys hands-on work.
