DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assure all activities are accomplished efficiently.

· Ensure the accomplishment of all daily tasks, events, etc.

· Monitor the individual progress of each team member.

· Conduct adult and children activities.

· Set up and clean up activities immediately upon conclusion.

· Conduct arts and crafts with the adults and children.

· Monitor pools and slide - check wristbands, assure slide rules are being followed, no glass at pool.

· Monitor rules and participants at basketball courts, gaga pits, cornhole, and mini golf.

· Must be able to communicate basic resort information to guests.

· Conduct and monitor special events including but not limited to themed golf cart parades, foam parties, contests, games etc.

· Engage with guests to make them aware of events and activities taking place.

· Responsible for enforcing safety rules and procedures with guests.

· Provide the most memorable guest experience possible.

· Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Ability to manage team of Activity Associates.

· Must be available to work weekend and holiday hours.

· Energetic

· Possess excellent customer service skills and good judgement.

· Ability to work well with others.

· Deliver exceptional experience for guests.

· Skill in attention to detail.

· Must be fluent in English.

· Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferably in hospitality.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
