Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time role for an Activities Associate located in Auburndale, FL. The Activities Associate will be responsible for coordinating and running a variety of guest activities, ensuring all activities run smoothly and safely. Daily tasks include setting up and breaking down activity stations, engaging with guests to encourage participation, and implementing safety protocols. The Activities Associate will also assist in the planning and execution of special events and themed weekends.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with guests
- Ability to manage and execute a variety of tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with children and families in a recreational setting is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in recreation, hospitality, or related fields are beneficial
