This is a part-time Health Center Manager position with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Missoula, MT, with some flexibility for remote work. The Health Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the camp's health services, ensuring proper medical staffing, compliance with health protocols, and maintenance of medical records. The role also involves supporting campers and staff with healthcare needs, coordinating medication distribution, and managing medical supplies. Participation in team meetings and collaboration with other departments will also be part of the role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, including managing a healthcare team and maintaining medical records
- Experience in healthcare, nursing, or a related field, with knowledge of medical protocols and medication management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with campers, families, and team members
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and hybrid work environment
- CPR, First Aid, and other relevant medical certifications are required
- Previous experience in a camp or similar setting is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
