Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Manage and organize lifeguards
- Oversee operations and cleanliness of pool and lakefront
- Maintain safety/rules of the pool and lakefront
- Assist with camp program when not at pool
- Lifeguards will be trained with pool and lakefront certification during staff training
- Professing Christian that commits to follow the mission and vision of Camp Lurecrest Ministries
- Ability to manage aquatics team
- Must have lifeguard certification and CPR certification that is valid through the summer and a water-front certification or attend waterfront certification class at camp
- Able to complete job tasks while being attentive to camper experience and overall safety
- Respond with grace in high-stress siutations
- Willing to perform hands-on tasks as well as teach and invest in campers in a support staff role
- At least 2 full years out of high school and have previous lifegaurd experience
- Able to work on your feet, be outside all day, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk up to 5 miles in a day
- Signed agreement of CLM Summer Staff Handbook
- Successful completion of CLM Orientation Training
