What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Program Director position at Camp Laurel South?
Camp Laurel South is hiring a Golf Program Director for Summer 2027. You'll run our golf program — instructional, not competitive — teaching campers of all skill levels the fundamentals of the game on our camp facilities.
Design and lead daily golf instruction across skill levels
Manage program staff and run safe, organized practices and clinics. Build a fun, positive culture around the game for campers ages 7–15. Maintain equipment and facilities to a high standard
What we're looking for:
Strong playing background and genuine love of teaching the game.
Experience coaching or instructing junior golfers preferred
PGA/LPGA or First Tee background a plus, not required.
Energetic, organized, and great with kids.
Dates:
Mid June – mid-August 2027
