Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in High Springs, FL. The Sales Coordinator will oversee and support sales operations, ensuring timely communication with clients and maintaining excellent service standards. Daily responsibilities include assisting the sales team, managing customer inquiries, providing tours to prospective groups, and maintaining accurate sales documentation. This person will play a key role in fostering client relationships and achieving customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination, Sales, and Sales Operations to support sales efforts and manage workflows efficiently
- Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and deliver exceptional service experiences
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various aspects of sales operations seamlessly
