What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Maintenance Worker position at Camp Kinder Ring?
Camp Kinder Ring is a residential summer camp and retreat center located in Hopewell Junction. With a vast property and many buildings, we are seeking skilled, highly motivated, and hard-working individuals to join our team. Applicants, at minimum, should posess skills in basic maintenance, plumbing, carpentry and general repairs - and the broader range of skills the better. The work environment is very positive, cohesive and employees become part of a great team. This position is for someone who has a strong work ethic, enjoys the beautiful outdoors, is skilled in interacting with others and providing positive customer service. We are seeking a full time, year round staff member who would be expected to work 8 hours daily Monday through Friday (October - April), and in season (May-September) working a total of 40 hours weekly at variable times to ensure adaquate coverage on the property.
