Overview
Camp Fire North Shore is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Summer Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and summer program administration during the busy summer season. This position plays an important role in maintaining organized systems, supporting staff and families, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys supporting both operational and program needs.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a part-time seasonal position for Summer 2026. The anticipated schedule for this role is approximately 25-30 hours per week, with a typical start time of 9:30 AM. Specific scheduling needs may vary based on organizational and program operations.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
- Support administrative office operations and assist staff as needed
- Digitize and organize personnel and program records
- Maintain and organize files within shared electronic drives
- Assist with student registration and required documentation collection
- Submit and organize paperwork for the Summer Camp Health Care Administrator
- Run administrative errands as needed, including trips to the post office, bank, and other local offices
- Support onboarding and administrative preparation for summer staff
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, copying, scanning, and filing
- Help maintain confidential employee and student records in accordance with organizational policies
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and program teams

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities independently
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and shared drives
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for administrative errands
