How You Will Contribute To Our TEAM

• Work closely with the VP Retail Operations and Precon Mgr to develop annual plans, strategic service platform and necessary resource pool to support annual target objectives for United Rentals and other assigned retail clients
• Take leadership role with key national clients to ensure we earn a preferred role in their planning and execution of key annual capital and maintenance expenditures. Ensure our efforts from opportunity development through work execution are executed in a manner to earn long term repeat client business
• Work with VP Retail and precon counterpart to build best in class infrastructure to support work load demands.
• Work cooperatively with David Joiner on the development of the go to market business development and commercial strategies for earning national accounts.
• Be a driver for continuous improvement throughout the operation
• Post Project Evaluations with customer and internal operations.
• Help strategically expand service platform including mitigation/storm damage, break fix services etc along with added geography to grow annual revenues and gross profitability. Deepen customer relationships in the process.
• Fulfill the role of National Client Project Manager for key hospitality clients to work with them from concept through bid preparation and final project execution. Be chartered with annual goals to grow the client relationship in terms of revenue, gross profit and customer satisfaction
• Be the Team Leader and driver of development of the resources needed to meet client workload demands for their annual facility maintenance and capital improvements demands
• Support bidding and estimating for your assigned client base to optimize closure rates and growth of our interior and exterior service range.
• Ensure implementation of our safety and quality programs on all projects.
• Assist superintendents in planning and execution plans for complex construction and code challenges as well as subcontractor relations issues.
• We utilize Salesforce and Procore for project management and have a SAGE ERP financial platform. For all project execution you have oversight on the following:
• Develop detailed schedule in conjunction with the client and our team
• Set up budget for project – oversee and manage financials – forecasting
• Lead pre-construction meetings;; produce weekly reports both internally and with the client manage change orders documentation; and, ensure customer satisfaction through job completion
• Facilitate monthly forecasting projects.
• Create reports on financial health of projects.
• Oversee buyout for each project and cultivate & maintain healthy, effective and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and subcontractors, while seeking out new sources for same. Spot-check payables weekly.
• Create increased profitability through creative cost-saving measures.
• Practice safe driving for Finite and encourage direct reports to do likewise.
