Position Details:
- Employment Dates: December 22, 2025, through January 3, 2026.
- Mandatory Training: Week of December 15, 2026.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time.
- Salary: $400 to $500 per week.
- Experience: 2 year in a childcare setting (preferred), 2 year in a camp setting (preferred).
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent (required).
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and organize exciting games and activities for campers in your assigned group.
- Use your communication skills to build relationships and create a respectful, inclusive environment for all campers.
- Bring your passion and energy to engage and inspire campers every day!
- Ensure campers are always supervised and safe while having a blast.
- Learn and share fun camp games and activities.
- Be a positive role model for both campers and fellow staff.
- Welcome campers at arrival and departure with enthusiasm.
- Represent Camp Embark in a friendly and professional manner.
- Jump into special projects and help out wherever needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must hold a current CPR/AED certificate (and we’d love to see a copy!).
- Bonus points if you know how to fish!
- If you have archery certification, you’ll earn a higher pay rate!
- All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening and a Level 2 background check (including fingerprints).

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- AED Certification and CPR Certification
- Experience with children, childcare, and camp settings
- Strong communication skills
- Classroom management skills
- First aid knowledge
- Experience in teaching or tutoring
- Ability to work with children of various ages
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Understanding of childhood development and education
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $400.00 - $500.00 per week
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
