What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Day Camp - Floater / Sub position at Camp CUBBER?
Camp CUBBER at Palm Harbor United Methodist Church is getting ready for another unforgettable summer—and we want you on our team!
We are currently hiring for Floaters / Subs.
What exactly is a Floater / Sub?
Floaters help make a camp of our size work! They are often the glue that holds us together and are perfect for folks that like change, can be flexible, and enjoy having lots of different experiences over the course of the summer. That could include covering camp counselor positions or class teacher positions like Art, Science, Reading, etc. Please note, this is not an "on call" sub position where you may or may not work. This position is regularly staffed with guaranteed hours. Even if all staff are present, floaters STILL WORK. Shifts for this position vary, and could include any of the following at some point over the summer: 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and 12:15 PM - 6:00 PM.
