What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Camp Cedar Outdoor Resort?
Front Desk Agents are responsible for guest registration process and communication of resort services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. Some responsibilities include:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Provide information about resort and surrounding area.
- Manage the flow of front desk and camp store simultaneously.
- Communicate with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure all cabins and RV’s are clean and ready for check-in.
- Confirm reservations and arrange personalized services.
- Maintain updated records of booking and payments.
Skills:
- Experience as front desk agent or similar role
- Experience using PMS, like Newbook or Cloudbeds
- Understanding of how OTA’s work and how to manage
- Hospitality focused
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
