We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pet Bather to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality bathing and grooming services to pets, ensuring they are clean, comfortable, and well-cared for. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and possess strong customer service skills to create a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
Responsibilities
- Gently bathe dogs according to their specific needs, ensuring their comfort throughout the process.
- Use appropriate bathing techniques and products to maintain the health of the pet's coat and skin. Training will be included.
- Ability to follow instructions and provide work that meet our groomers' standards.
- Safely handle and restrain animals during grooming sessions, ensuring their safety as well as your own.
- Maintain cleanliness in the bathing area and ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
Qualifications
- Looking for previous experience in a grooming salon, bathing or grooming.
- Familiarity with grooming salon operations.
- Ability to lift heavy animals when necessary, ensuring safety for both the pet and yourself.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
