We’re a well-established, high-volume dog daycare and boarding franchise with a loyal customer base and a strong brand presence in the community. We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead a team, and ensure dogs and their families receive safe, reliable, and exceptional care.
This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone with hospitality, retail, franchise, or service-industry management experience who also has a passion for animals.
What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and develop a team of daycare and front desk staff.
- Oversee daily operations: daycare, boarding, grooming, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and franchise standards.
- Deliver an excellent client experience and resolve issues quickly.
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and financial performance.
- Drive growth and maintain high operational standards.
- 3 years in a management or GM role (hospitality, retail, franchise, or pet care).
- Strong leadership and communication skills — able to set expectations and hold a team accountable.
- Proven ability to run operations, manage a budget, and hit performance goals.
- Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for animals plus the business discipline to run a busy operation.
