Camp Bow Wow Colorado Springs is looking for a dependable, team-oriented individual to join our team in a versatile role that combines pet care, facility maintenance, and front desk responsibilities. As a Multi-Purpose Pet Care & Front Desk Associate, you'll play an essential role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming experience for both our two-legged and four-legged clients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise and safely handle dogs during group play, rest periods, and throughout their stay.
- Assist with introducing new dogs into playgroups while monitoring behavior and ensuring a safe environment.
- Learn pet first aid and recognize signs of common canine illnesses or injuries.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized facility by completing daily cleaning and disinfecting tasks.
- Welcome clients, check dogs in and out, answer phones, schedule reservations, and assist with customer questions.
- Process payments and provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and the highest level of care for every dog.
