Bar Manager--Camp Bar Wauwatosa

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our Milwaukee team. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing a team of bartenders and servers, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures
- Train, supervise, and schedule bartenders and servers
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee the preparation of beverages and ensure consistent quality
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Skills:
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Extensive knowledge of service management principles
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Exceptional hospitality management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly

-Strong understanding of the bar and service industry including cocktails, beers and other spirits

-Work well in high volume environment
