Housekeeping Team Member

Camp Aramoni is actively looking for reliable, detail-oriented housekeeping team members to contribute significantly to the upkeep and presentation of our campground and event venue. Responsibilities include performing various cleaning tasks such as making beds, replacing towels, cleaning public areas, and disinfecting bathrooms. Additionally, ongoing maintenance activities such as deep cleaning and furniture polishing are essential to uphold our standards.

Schedule:

Part-time positions available, with shifts scheduled between 5 AM and 4 PM, ensuring no late evening or night hours. Flexibility is required for weekends and holidays, with the understanding that peak seasons may entail longer hours.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates must demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and the ability to safely perform assigned tasks. A dependable means of transportation is essential. Candidates should be capable of lifting 30 pounds or more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Participate in the cleaning of both vacant and occupied rooms, while also delivering regular status reports throughout the shift.
• Manage guest supplies and replenish as necessary to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Administer regular deep cleaning of floors, carpets, and mattresses to maintain hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure consistent cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
• Greet guests warmly and address any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Conduct thorough assessments of each room to ensure cleanliness meets established standards.
• Responsively address guest requests and inquiries to enhance their experience.
• Perform dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming of walls, floors, ceilings, furniture, and carpets using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Transport and manage linen, towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies inventory, restocking as needed.
• Support with laundry tasks as needed.
• Ensure proper garbage collection and recycling practices are followed.
• Facilitate the return of lost items to their rightful owners.
