Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Davie, FL, for a Summer Camp Counselor. The Camp Counselor will be responsible for leading and supervising campers in daily activities, ensuring their safety, and fostering a positive camp environment. Responsibilities include planning and facilitating educational and recreational programs, providing guidance and support to campers, and fostering teamwork and engagement among participants. Counselors are also expected to act as role models and ensure adherence to camp policies and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience working in camp settings or similar environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with campers and colleagues
- Knowledge in lifeguarding, safety procedures, or CPR certification is an asset
