Camo Crew is a values-driven, mission-focused junk removal company. Our Crew Chiefs are the people customers remember—because they lead the jobsite, protect the customer experience, and run the day with discipline.
The role (read this carefully)
This is not a “stand around” job. Crew Chiefs:
- Lead a crew (1–4 people) and run jobs independently
- Communicate with customers, set expectations, and explain pricing
- Reassess job scope and keep pricing accurate—no underquoting, no sloppy discounts
- Collect payments and complete end-of-day reporting
- Safely operate company vehicles and keep the truck/jobsite clean and organized

- Leadership under pressure (calm, direct, respectful)

Minimum requirements
- Physically capable (lifting, carrying, stairs, jobsite pace)
- Valid driver’s license insurable driving record (we run an MVR)
- If you have any suspensions, DUI's, or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years we cannot hire you.
- Professional customer communication (you are the face of the company)
