The Role: Server

This is fast-paced, detail-heavy, and all about people. You’re the face of the experience. The food matters, the drinks matter—but you are what guests remember.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running a section like it’s yours
• Guiding guests through the menu without sounding scripted
• Keeping things smooth, even when it’s not
• Working closely with the bar and kitchen to keep timing tight
• Turning first-timers into regulars

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a busy restaurant (you can handle the rush without losing it)
• Strong communication—clear, confident, and real
• Attention to detail (the little things matter here)
• Someone who moves with purpose and doesn’t need to be micromanaged

Bonus Points If You:

• Can read a table before they say a word
• Know how to upsell naturally (not pushy, just smart)
• Keep your cool when the weeds hit
