Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Spencer, IA, for an Aircraft A/P Technician. The Aircraft A/P Technician will be tasked with performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft. This includes inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft structures, powerplants, and systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Detailed documentation and adherence to regulatory guidelines will be required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance, including the ability to perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and execute preventive maintenance
- Experience with Aircraft Structures and expertise in airframe repair and structural integrity
- Knowledge of PowerPlant maintenance and the ability to repair and maintain aircraft engines
- Understanding of Aircraft Systems with the ability to repair, service, and troubleshoot components
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- A&P Certification is required
- Previous experience in aircraft and engine maintenance is strongly preferred but will train the right individual. Apprenticeship program is available.
