- Consult with clients to understand travel needs and preferences
- Research and book flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
- Stay up to date on travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate client records
- Strong communication and organizational skills
