Key Responsibilities- Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and online platforms
- Assist clients with travel inquiries, reservations, and general support
- Guide clients through the booking process for vacations, cruises, and other travel services
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Stay up to date with training, travel information, and supplier updates
- Work independently while collaborating with team members when needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
