Responsibilities
Identify and engage with corporate clients (HR leaders, executives, wellness directors).
Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs and align them with Camino Wonders’ Team Building Programs.
Prepare tailored proposals and present solutions that demonstrate clear organizational value.
Manage the sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-ups.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach and messaging for B2B clients.
Provide market insights to improve program offerings and client experience.
Requirements
100% bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written), required for U.S. and international client engagement.
Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or in consultative B2B sales, ideally selling corporate training, professional development, or team-building services.
Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers such as HR leaders, executives, and team managers.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM and digital sales tools.
Ability to work independently as a contractor, delivering measurable results.
Interest in travel, culture, or organizational development is a strong plus.
