What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Tech/Tech Assistant position at Camino Veterinary Hospital?
We are a very busy practice with a GREAT team. We treat a variety of different animals- cats, dogs, rabbits, reptiles and birds, etc.
SATURDAYS ARE REQUIRED!
Skills:
- Talking to clients (history taking)
- IVC placement
- Blood draws
- Positioning/restraining for radiographs
- Restraint of cats/dogs. We can train you to restrain exotics!
- Anesthetic monitoring
-All techs and tech assistants are cross trained in reception.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Veterinary Technician Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
