We're looking for a Bridal Stylist to join our team! This role is centered around one-on-one bridal appointments, helping brides find the gown that makes them feel their very best while creating an unforgettable shopping experience for them and their loved ones.

Responsibilities
- Lead bridal appointments from initial consultation through the "yes" moment
- Curate gown selections based on each bride's vision, style and budget
- Guide brides through the shopping process with confidence, professionalism and care
- Build genuine connections with brides and their guests
- Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain knowledge of current bridal trends, designers, and inventory
- Support daily showroom operations and presentation standards

Qualifications
- Previous bridal sales experience a plus, retail sales exerience required
- Strong sales skills with the ability to confidently guide clients through purchasing decisions
- Professional, polished and fashion-forward presence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with a variety of personalities and create a welcoming environment
- Comfortable navigating emotional and high-energy moments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
- Saturday availability is a must
- Sunday availability required seasonally during peak season (January through April)
