Founded over 20 years ago in Sydney’s Bondi Beach by designer Camilla Franks, we have grown to 25 Australian boutiques, a strong US presence, and a thriving global online and wholesale business.

Now, we are beyond excited to be opening a brand-new boutique in Honolulu at Ala Moana and we are seeking an inspiring Boutique Manager to lead this incredible new chapter. If you are an experienced retail leader with a passion for luxury fashion, VIP clientele, and building high-performing teams, this is your opportunity to make your mark from day one.

As our Boutique Manager, you will:

• Lead and launch our Ala Moana boutique with energy, passion, and vision
• Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Stylists
• Create an unforgettable, elevated in-store experience for every client
• Build and nurture a loyal VIP and returning client base
• Oversee all boutique operations including stock, visual merchandising, and team performance
• Drive financial, operational, and service KPIs
• Bring the CAMILLA brand to life through storytelling, styling, and culture

We are looking for:

• 3 years of retail management experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion
• A natural leader who thrives on developing people and culture
• Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset
• A passion for clienteling and delivering exceptional, personalised service
• A vibrant, positive presence that brings energy to the boutique environment
• A love for fashion, creativity, and self-expression
