Camilla Hall is located on a beautiful campus in Malvern, minutes from West Chester, PA. It is the Convent Home and Healthcare Center for the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
We have the following positions available:
Manager of Informational Technology
The Manager of IT is responsible for coordinating the overall operational activity of the technology throughout the facility. The Manager of IT participates in the department’s planning, revenue analysis, and budgeting; directs and participates in the development, implementation, and communication of policies guidelines and standards for the Technology Department in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with 3rd party companies who handle the IT infrastructure, telephone systems and help desk services.
- Maintains an up to date computer inventory & creates a plan for new purchases.
- Coordinates the implementation of the video and sound system throughout the building and ensures it is maintained in good working order.
- Establishes and implements an appropriate change management process for all new programs and applications & communicates the process to all necessary parties.
- Assesses, maintains, and recommends purchase of all necessary equipment and supplies.
- Performs responsibilities in a professional manner and in accordance with all established procedures.
- Works as an active member of a multidisciplinary team and collaborates with the leadership team to identify any needed computer system upgrades, fix any identified system issues with the help of 3rd party providers.
- Maintains facility Web Page and all social media outlets.
- Develops and recommends department operating budget and ensures that the Department operates within budget.
- Coordinates the livestreaming of services as requested.
- Possesses foresight & initiative to help identify on-line processes to streamline current paper driven processes
- Responsible for investigating and analyzing technology problems and challenges; able to create and implement appropriate solution.
- Troubleshoots devices and programs.
- Provides on-call coverage as needed.
- Maintains technology inventory and identifies appropriate cost efficient replacements when needed.
- Assists in hardware and software upgrades.
- Configures and troubleshoots phones and other audio-visual devices
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
