What are the responsibilities and job description for the Events & Membership Representative - Part-time/Weekend position at Cameron Park Zoological & Botanical Society?

As a member of the Cameron Park Zoological & Botanical Society Special Events/Membership department, the Event Rentals & Membership Representative will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Assist in the membership entrance with sales and check-ins inside and outside.
- Process membership purchases
- Help attain new members with on-site sales and promotions
- Set up and clean up for events inside and outside.(corporate parties, weddings, etc.)
- Handle other miscellaneous job assignments as assigned
- Driving is essential.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License.
Physical Demands- Medium Work:
· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
· Major activities are performed indoors and/or outdoors and may be exposed to all weather conditions.
