Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at Carmel Hills Wellness & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional resident care and supporting positive clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing assistants and support staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records
- Collaborate with therapists, physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment for residents
- Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical assessment skills
- Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care experience preferred but not required
- New Graduate RNs are encouraged to apply
