As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care and support residents in achieving their highest level of health and well-being.
Responsibilities include:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Perform assessments and assist with care planning
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Provide wound care and treatment services as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care every day
- Current Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care experience preferred but not required
- New Graduate LPNs are encouraged to apply
