Job Title: Billing Auditor
Shift: Days, 1.0 FTE, Bi-Weekly, Days

Summary/Objective
This position will successfully assure reconciliation of Occupational Health Accounts, maintain accurate documentation of patient records for chart completeness, and manage billing processes.
Essential Functions
- Exemplifies excellent customer service.
- Has a thorough knowledge of the registration and charging processes within current EHR(s).
- Responsible for performing Occupational Health auditing, reporting, scanning, billing, and other back-end processes.
- Assists to coordinate service delivery to clients.
- Assists to communicate with current and potential clients.
- Performs registration duties in Urgent Care and Occupational Health as needed to assure adequate coverage.
- Assists Urgent Care and Occupational Health registrars with needs related to correct registration processes.
- Assists with quality initiatives
Qualifications
Experience
- 1-3 years in a medical office setting preferred
Skills/Competencies
- Customer service skills for interacting with company representatives regarding claims
- Skilled with use of EMR’s
Education Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
