You’ll be a key player in ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficiency of our branch networks, with a strong focus on Juniper-based routing, switching, and security platforms.

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, maintenance, and support of network infrastructure across our 70 US based locations. You’ll be a key player in ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficiency of our branch networks, with a strong focus on Juniper-based routing, switching, and security platforms.
Essential Functions
- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure using Juniper routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Support a multi-site WAN environment connecting 70 branch locations with high availability and performance requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues, both remotely and on-site if necessary.
- Monitor network performance and perform capacity planning.
- Implement network security policies, procedures, and controls.
- Work with cross-functional IT teams on projects, upgrades, and new branch rollouts.
- Maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams and change logs.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated network issues.
- Participate in on-call rotation for network-related emergencies.

- 4 years of experience in network engineering with a strong emphasis on Juniper technologies.
- Experience supporting large-scale branch networks or multi-site environments including enterprise wireless networking.
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
- Understanding of WAN technologies (VPN, SD-WAN, MPLS).
- Experience with network monitoring tools and packet capture analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Juniper certifications (e.g., JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP) preferred
- Experience with Ubiquiti preferred
- Experience with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting).
- Familiarity with security concepts and firewall policies.
- Knowledge of other networking vendors (Cisco, Fortinet) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass drug test and background verifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship for any length of time
