Cameo Kitchens is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to manage residential remodeling projects, supervise carpenters and helpers, and ensure exceptional workmanship.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with cabinet installation, trim carpentry, and finish work.
- Strong knowledge of structural framing and residential remodeling.
- Ability to lead crews, coordinate work, and manage projects independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional communication skills and the patience to work with demanding, detail-oriented homeowners.
- Dependable, organized, and committed to quality craftsmanship.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $67,000–$72,000 annual salary, based on experience.
- Two weeks of paid vacation annually.
