Camen Behavioral Services is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Kissimmee Clinic. This is a clinic-based leadership position where you will support day-to-day operations, provide on-floor clinical guidance, and mentor your team.
This role reports directly to the Clinical Director and plays a key part in maintaining a strong, supportive, and high-quality clinical environment.

Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

π About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership position combining clinical excellence with team and clinic support.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting daily clinic flow and structure
- Providing real-time, on-floor support to RBTs and staff
- Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operations
Β β Masterβs degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
β Active BCBA certification
β Strong clinical experience in a clinic setting
β Confidence supporting and guiding a team in real time
β Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
β Ability to balance clinical and operational responsibilities
Β β Conduct FBAs and oversee development of BIPs
β Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data
β Ensure treatment integrity and clinical quality
Β β Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff
β Provide ongoing feedback, training, and mentorship
β Support onboarding and development of new team members
Β β Support daily clinic operations and flow
β Provide on-floor guidance and problem-solving
β Assist with opening and closing the clinic
β Report directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operations
Β β Maintain accurate and timely documentation
β Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
β Communicate with families and team members as needed
