Camelot Properties is looking for a licensed real estate agent to join our culture. You’ll receive mentorship and guidance along with guaranteed booked appointments with buyers and sellers. We provide competitive compensation with zero caps, listing, marketing, and transaction support.
You’ll also have a responsive broker on staff to answer all your contract questions quickly to keep your deal moving efficiently.

Compensation:
$70,000
Responsibilities:
- Preparing a strong pre-listing packet to be mailed to the client
- Conducting a seller or buyer questionnaire over the phone
- Overseeing a runner to get photos before the appointment for instant offers
- Running comparable sales for the seller’s optimal listing price
- Going on buyer and seller appointments (set for you by our appointment setters)
- Identifying needs and recommending solutions (pre-listing concierge, guaranteed offer, etc)
Qualifications:
- Goal-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Self-driven
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing /lead technologies
- Hold, or actively working to acquire, an active real estate license in the state of Alabama
