Are you a Master level Clinician seeking to work as a team to nurture and transform the stability and functioning of families? Camelot Community Care is seeking a Therapist for an innovative, Multidimensional Family Therapy Program in partnership with the Hamilton County Juvenile Court.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Therapist provides a full range of mental health and substance use services for youth involved with the Hamilton County juvenile court including:

• Providing Diagnostic Assessment
• Conducting individual and family therapy
• Engaging family in case management services as needed
• Partnering with collateral contacts for consultation.
•  Learning and following model fidelity with the MDFT Treatment Model when working with clients and families.
• Writes and updates Individual Service Plans and Safety Plans and evaluates progress of each client.
• Effectively collaborates and communicate with Hamilton County Juvenile Court Staff and other community partners.
• Effectively consults and collaborates with external service providers on behalf of the child and family.
• Attends hospital meetings, IEP meetings and juvenile court and dependency hearings when these may significantly impact a child’s treatment.
• Completes in a timely manner all required documentation and statistical reporting data including, but not limited to: progress notes, Individual Treatment Plans, discharge summaries, outcomes measures and other reports as required.
• Attends agency and departmental meetings as required.

Education:

A Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work is strongly preferred, but will accept a BSW, LSW with relevant experience.

Licensure:

Requires Ohio licensure as a social worker (LISW or LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC or LPC).
