What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counselor -Bilingual position at CAMELOT COMMUNITY CARE INC?

Camelot Community Care is looking for both Masters Level and Licensed therapists for our In-Home/Outpatient Counseling Program. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for flexibility in their schedule. Must be able to carry a caseload of at least 10 clients.
Therapists provide individual and family therapeutic interventions in the office, client homes, schools and in the community, with children who display serious emotional, mental health or behavioral issues. Services are currently being provided face to face and on occasion, via telehealth if appropriate.
Service tasks include:
· Demonstrate competency in therapeutic skills and evidence based or best practice approaches through on-going professional growth, development activities and case reviews
· Completion of Intake Assessments and initial admission diagnostic paperwork
· Provide individual and family therapeutic interventions as prescribed in the treatment plan
· Completion of treatment plans and progress notes according to the requirements of funders and insurance companies
· Completion of clinical documentation within established time frames
· Maintains electronic health record and paper clinical files according to company policies
· Actively participates in supervision
· On-going assessment of client progress utilizing outcome measures and other assessment tools
· Participate in treatment team meetings and staffings when applicable
Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Masters degree in social work, counseling or related field from a four-year accredited college or university is required. Experience providing counseling services to children/adolescents in a therapeutic treatment environment and experience working with trauma preferred. Level 2 background screening is required. Bilingual Preferred
