Position Overview
Camellia is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the development of a world-class quality organization supporting our rapidly growing wiring harness and cable assembly business.
This position will be responsible for leading the continued development and implementation of Camellia's manufacturing quality systems, processes, documentation, and quality culture necessary to support long-term growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role. We're looking for someone with the experience to know what an exceptional quality organization looks like and the passion to help build it. You'll spend as much time on the production floor coaching teams and improving processes as you will developing quality systems, responding to customers, and driving strategic improvements.

Our Quality Manager will work closely with Engineering and Operations to prevent defects, strengthen manufacturing processes, and create a culture where every employee takes ownership of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management Systems & Compliance
· Provide leadership for the continued development and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
· Ensure ISO 9001 and customer-specific compliance.
· Support audits, management reviews, and customer quality assessments.
· Drive continual improvement of quality processes.
· Develop and monitor quality performance metrics and management dashboards to drive data-driven decision making.
2. Manufacturing Quality Operations
· Build, standardize, and lead manufacturing quality operations including IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQA, and Quality Laboratory functions.
· Develop inspection methods, sampling plans, inspection documentation, and quality standards.
· Develop and maintain Control Plans, inspection plans, and production quality documentation.
· Train production personnel and establish quality checkpoints throughout manufacturing.
3. Customer, Supplier & NPI Quality
· Lead SCAR responses, CAPA, 8D, and root cause investigations.
· Develop supplier quality standards, improvement initiatives, and performance metrics.
· Lead PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, FAI, and NPI quality planning.
4. Continuous Improvement & Leadership
· Reduce scrap, rework, and customer complaints.
· Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives and quality KPI improvements.
· Build and mentor a high-performing manufacturing quality organization.
· Develop visual quality metrics and reporting dashboards to monitor quality performance throughout the organization.
Qualifications
· 7 years of manufacturing quality experience.
· 3 years in a Quality Manager or senior quality leadership role.
· Experience building or significantly improving manufacturing quality systems within a production environment.
· Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and structured quality methodologies.
· Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
