What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Document care accurately and timely
- Follow safety and infection control guidelines
- Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided)
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
