What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing and sales plan to achieve occupancy goals
- Manage and move prospects effectively through the sales funnel
- Conduct community tours and consultative sales conversations
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners
- Track and analyze sales metrics to drive performance improvements
- Partner with leadership to support successful move-ins and resident transitions
- Complete required marketing reports and maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Represent the community at networking and outreach events
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (senior living or healthcare preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing performance metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Telephone and consultative sales experience preferred
