How I can Create Guests for Life:
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary area.
- Thoroughly clean using cleaning agents and equipment.
- Making beds and changing linens.
- Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs.
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Cleaning and stocking bathrooms with fresh supplies.
- Restock housekeeping carts and maintain cleanliness of closets and storage areas
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary guest room environment.
- Follow cleanliness and quality expectations as given by Supervisor
- Respond to guest questions/requests. Provide guest assistance, directions, and information as requested.
- Ensure guest privacy and security
- Report any maintenance issues and lost and found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Supporting the team with additional tasks and duties as assigned
