How I can Create Guests for Life:
- Instruct groups and/or individuals in a fun & safe lesson format
- Teach proper technique, appropriate to the ability level of the guest
- Promote safety and give guests knowledge to remain safe while they ski/ride
- Follow direction from supervisors to ensure the success of the Ski & Ride Academy program
- Greet guests and direct guests to proper lesson locations
- Assist the Ski/Snowboard School Supervisor daily in all other Ski & Ride Academy functions as required
Is this the job for me:
- Must have a PSIA or AASI Certification
- Able to work well with others
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to adapt, take direction & excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must successfully complete instructor training (provided by Camelback)
- Patience and a love of the outdoors (may be exposed to extreme temperatures and weather) and teaching
- Must be capable of skiing/riding for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
